FINGER RECORDS GOES TO VEGAS:

PUNK ROCK BOWLING 2005

So the entire Finger Records crew piled onto the trusty bus for a bullet train run into the depths of deparavity and debauchery, LAS VEGAS! The reason: the 7th Annual Punk Rock Bowling Tournament thrown by the fine folks at BYO Records!

This year's tournament went down at The Gold Coast Casino bowling center and was the largest to date, with140 teams made up of folks from tons of punk record labels, bands and magazines, all gathered together to bowl, party, drink, bowl, and drink some more. We were lucky enough to have a few kick ass shows goin down as part of the deal with music from Flock of Goo Goo, Manic Hispanic, The Briefs, The Bouncing Souls and Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies!

The tournament was not for the weak at heart, with over $8,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs and the title of bein' a rock hard bowling bad ass!

And it went a little something like this....

Gerald our fearless bus driver readies to tame the beast!

Mel & Gerald throw some 'tude...

BUS TURBULANCE: Rob Graham with Milkman & Chris Graham on the bus.

The Finger Bus hits its destination: THE MONTE CARLO HOTEL & CASINO!

Jaysin from Narcoleptic Youth hangs by the bus.

Standing in the shadows of bowling: the tournament begins...

Craig grabs his balls.

Adam shoots...

He scores!

Mayhem mentally prepares...

And chucks that rock down the lane!

Shortcake breaks out the penis ball!

Craig says, "Hey! That's my ball dammit!" and Chris Graham says, "Hi mom!"

Pete from the Adicts, pro skater Kevin Staab and Rob Graham havin a brew or ten.
